Mental Health Worker |
Our milieu staff members work as a team to fully integrate into the daily living environment of our children. Together, we partner with families and children to strengthen their ability to participate emotionally and socially in their community.
As a staff member in our residential cottage, you will teach and monitor the children’s routine’s including hygiene, meals, household chores and program rules. You’ll be involved in activities and supervision of children at play in individual and group scenarios. Following a treatment plan, you will work to provide a supportive structured environment for residents in order to promote growth, ensure safety, and establish therapeutic relationships with the children.
Requirements include: Ability to problem-solve, communication skills, teamwork and adaptability. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. /B.S.) and preferably a minimum of one year of relevant experience with residential/milieu programming or serving children with psychological disabilities or a combination of college/work experience.

On-Call Mental Health Worker |
This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in different areas of our agency. As an on-call Mental Health Worker you will fill-in as need in our school and cottages to provide our children with a structured, nurturing environment. We can work around your school or other employment schedule including weekends, evenings and overnight shifts. College degree and experience working with children who have developmental and emotional challenges strongly preferred.

Supervising Lead Clinician |
Responsible for the overall clinical leadership and coordination of the therapeutic aspects of the educational programming and services for children and families within our school environment. Provides clinical support and training to the education team and works to maintain the therapeutic integrity of the school. To perform the job successfully, an individual will demonstrate problem solving, leadership, adaptability and innovation. A Masters Degree or higher from a program of social work education or school psychology and experience in providing psychotherapy and clinical supervision as well as two years of direct supervisory responsibility. Must have a current Colorado license in clinical social work (LCSW, in clinical psychology or hold another valid Colorado clinical license (LPC or LMFT) or a professional special services license through the Colorado Department of Education. Demonstration of ability to physically use crisis prevention/intervention techniques is required.

Driver |
Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children while transporting them to and from school as well as working with them in a day treatment environment. Demonstrates and develops healthy relationships with clients and families. Utilize crisis prevention techniques emphasizing lower level interventions. Treats clients, children and families with dignity, respect and sensitivity.
Must be minimum of 21 years old with current Colorado Drivers License and able to provide copy of MVR and proof of auto insurance. Experience working with children with behavioral and emotional challenges strongly preferred. Four year college degree or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and utilize crisis intervention techniques.
